We recommend that you "do not" use the Microsoft Edge browser when downloading Aetersonus LLC content.

 

Some browsers, in some regions and some anti-virus programs you use may block the download of packages and give a security warning. You can fix this by manually allowing the download, or if you don't know how to fix it, you can contact Aetersonus LLC. The files in the package only include files with adg and asd extensions used by ableton and audio files in wav format, and you can safely download your file manually. If you are still worried, you can check the contents of the .zip file before extracting it. Aetersonus LLC guarantees that zip files are virus-free! It is not under Aetersonus LLC's control if your browsers or antivirus programs block your downloads, and Aetersonus LLC cannot be held responsible for this problem. However, Aetersonus LLC will provide remote support to solve such problems and help you solve your problem.

Due to the nature of the digital products, all sales are final. Once the product is downloaded, it cannot be withdrawn, controlled or audited by AETERSONUS LLC. For this reason no refunds or exchanges can be made after the product has been sold. Before purchasing product, please ensure that your virtual studio software is correct, up-to-date and has a valid license, and that your computer meets the system requirements to run these software. AETERSONUS LLC will not accept liability if you experience problems due to the mentioned reasons.

Presets are set at default volume levels, and these volume levels can be changed over a wide range to better meet the user's needs. Our warning to you is to be careful when adjusting the volume levels. Aetersonus LLC cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise from excessive sound load on your sound system or devices due to incorrect adjustment of the sound settings.

 

 

** Please make sure you are using an up-to-date, licensed version of Ableton before adding files to your library.

**** The presets in the package are only for Ableton Live, but you can use the samples in other DAWs as long as you do not use them for commercial use and do not illegally mass copy them.

LICENSE AGREEMENT

This License Agreement is made effective as of  by and between Aetersonus LLC, and the purchaser. The digital content provided includes audio samples and musical presets, which are provided under the terms and conditions set forth herein.

 

1. Grant of License

*The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Content for any commercial and non-commercial projects. This is a royalty-free license, meaning that after the initial purchase, the Licensee can use the Content in multiple projects without the payment of additional fees.

 

2. Restrictions

* No Redistribution: The Licensee shall not redistribute, resell, lease, license, sublicense, or offer the Content to any third party. This includes not distributing the Content as stand-alone files or as part of any other product, either for free or for a fee.

* No Modification for Resale: The Licensee shall not modify, transform, or create derivative works of the Content for the purpose of resale or distribution.

* Attribution: Licensee is not required to credit the Licensor when using the Content, but such credit is appreciated.

 

3. Intellectual Property

* The Content is the property of Aetersonus LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Licensee does not acquire any title or ownership rights in the Content by virtue of this Agreement.

 

4. Term

* This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. The Licensee can terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use and deleting or destroying all copies of the Content. Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if Licensee fails to comply with any of the terms outlined herein.

 

5. Warranty and Liability

* The Content is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Content.
