Due to the nature of the digital products, all sales are final. Once the product is downloaded, it cannot be withdrawn, controlled or audited by AETERSONUS LLC. For this reason no refunds or exchanges can be made after the product has been sold. Before purchasing product, please ensure that your computer system meets the system requirements to run these files.

LICENSE AGREEMENT
AETERSONUS INSTANT MUSIC PACKS ROYALTY-FREE MUSIC LICENSE AGREEMENT
1. Parties:
This License Agreement is made between Aetersonus LLC and the individual or entity purchasing the music package.
2. Definitions:
Music Package: All music tracks licensed under this Agreement.
Licensee: The individual or entity accepting this Agreement and purchasing the music package.
License: The rights granted to the Licensee to use the Music Package as specified in this Agreement.
3.
Scope of License:
The Licensor grants the Licensee the following rights:
One-Time Fee: The Licensee shall pay a one-time fee to purchase the music package.
Unlimited Use: The Licensee may use the music package in unlimited projects without any time restrictions.
Commercial and Personal Use: The Licensee may use the music package in both commercial and personal projects.
Worldwide Use: The Licensee may use the music package worldwide without any geographical limitations.
Editing and Adaptation: Licensee may edit, cut and adapt musical pieces to suit their projects without disrupting the structure of the original work.
4. Restrictions:
The Licensee agrees to the following restrictions:
No Resale or Redistribution: The Licensee shall not sell, resell, or redistribute the music tracks as standalone files.
No Sharing: The Licensee shall not share the music tracks with others. Each user must purchase their own license.
Attribution: Attribution must be given to Aetersonus LLC or the composer.
Prohibited Uses: The Licensee shall not use the music tracks in any illegal or unethical projects.
5. Performance and Broadcast Rights:
Public Performance: Additional licenses may be required for public performance or broadcast of the music tracks. The Licensee is responsible for securing any necessary performance rights.
6. Termination:
License Revocation: The Licensor reserves the right to revoke the license if the Licensee breaches any terms of this Agreement. Upon revocation, the Licensee must cease all use of the music tracks.
"​Aetersonus LLC provides a royalty-free license for these products only to the person or entity named on the invoice. In order to prevent unauthorized or unlawful duplication, Aetersonus LLC reserves the right to consider the use of the sound works as unauthorized if it is determined that the licensee is not affiliated with the projects in which the sound works are used. The determination of affiliation will be based on evidence such as contractual agreements, project documentation, and communications. The licensee will have the right to appeal any such determination through a defined dispute resolution process."
7. Limitation of Liability:
No Liability: The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the music tracks.
8. Governing Law:
Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming, United States.
9. Acceptance:
Agreement Acceptance: By purchasing the music package, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
